Spirit of the Walk for Peace/ The Peace Race:
We are for peace and the Department of Peace, specifically. We are not against anything. This is an opportunity to model peace in all we do- to truly be the change. As such, we will have T-shirts, signs, banners, etc. that promote only the Department of Peace, and are not statements of opposition. In this way, we will stand for what we have in common—for those things that unite us and create peaceful coexistence and understanding. Please do not bring signs or placards.

We are here to have fun, increase awareness and raise funds to continue to give life to our shared vision of a country where peace is the organizing principle. Nothing is more powerful than a shared vision supported by money and mass action!
